We're a small editorial team and we keep things deliberately simple. There's no live chat, no phone hotline, no support ticketing system. Email reaches us and we reply, usually within two business days, sometimes the same hour if the wind is bad and we're not on the beach. Please don't try to reach us via Instagram DMs about a Camps Bay parking change — we will miss it.

We get things wrong. Cape Town moves fast — a restaurant changes hands, a hiking trail is closed for fire damage, a wind pattern shifts under climate change — and we sometimes write what was true rather than what is. When you spot something, please send:
We act on credible corrections within 48 hours. Significant fixes get a dated correction note at the foot of the article, in line with our editorial policy. If you'd like to be credited, we'll do that; if you'd prefer to stay anonymous, we'll respect that too.
We work with a small number of carefully chosen Cape Town operators on affiliate referrals and direct partnerships. We will not write a positive review in exchange for payment — but we'll happily set up an affiliate link to a service we already recommend, or talk through a content partnership where there's a genuine fit.

We'll come back to you within five business days. We say no to most enquiries; that's not personal, it's that we'd rather recommend ten operators we trust than fifty we don't.
